LOCTITE WS 200 is a high performance, water-washable solder paste. Residues are readily removed with DI water without the need for a saponifier. These pastes offer good open time, excellent print definition combined with excellent soldering activity. Capable of fine pitch printing. Excellent wetting on a variety of surface finishes. Enhanced resistance to humid slump and hot slump. Suitable for high speed printing up to 100mms-1. Long tack life (24 hours). Excellent humidity resistance. Low Slumping. WS200 has good open time with excellent print definition and soldering activity. It is available in Sn62 and Sn63 alloys.
